A .NET Wrapper for the ImageMagick library.

This is a project I have worked on simply to try to get the hang of .net. Currently, I have wrapped up the basic functionality, allowing the basic processing and conversion routines that the ImageMagick libray permits. I have yet to include the drawing routines, and the pixel-level access routines, that are also available in the library.
